DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from My Secret Boutique however if you are dissatisfied in any way, you can return any item within 7  days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging as part of our Money Back Guarantee (T&C’s apply) 

The return of bedding is excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons, except in accordance with your legal rights and if the packaging has not been broken.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the event that you receive a faulty item, then you can return the item provided the fault has been identified within 7 days of receipt. The returns procedure remains the same, except that we will also refund any (standard) postage charges you have incurred when returning the goods. Please take care to follow all care instructions provided with your goods as we will not accept responsibility if faults are due to the instructions not being adhered to.

DELIVERY CHARGES (UK)

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout at time of purchase. Item delivery costs are calculated differently depending on the weight and size of the item.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Goods can be returned by post or carrier (at your own cost) and must be sent with a completed Returns Document. Make sure your items are securely packaged and sent to:

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we would suggest that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we are not responsible for your parcel whilst in transit.
